BetMGM has announced that it will serve as the presenting sponsor for two popular online sports series under the Better Collective stable of brands.
A new content partnership between Better Collective’s brand Playmaker HQ and BetMGM gives the latter star billing on the “Roommates Show” podcast with the New York Knicks’ Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart.
BetMGM will also have presenting sponsor status on Playmaker HQ’s new “No Limit” series featuring former Knicks player Iman Shumpert, with filming taking place at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.

According to a BetMGM news release, Shumpert’s show is set for a 12-episode run and includes a regular segment described as a “fun mix of blackjack and conversation that opens the door for bold opinions, backpedals and unexpected insights.”
BetMGM Chief Marketing Officer Casey Hurbis stated: “Blackjack is a forever favorite of players and ‘No Limit’ brings athletes to the table with a side of storytelling.”
BetMGM’s sponsorship of “Roommates Show,” which claims to have been viewed for over 2.5 million hours, will also include “integrated ad reads and promotional segments.”
Playmaker CEO Matt Schwimmer said his company’s shows thrive “because they’re hosted by dynamic athletes who bring authenticity and energy to every episode.”
“‘No Limit’ is the next step in our evolution as we expand into casino content,” added Schwimmer.
